MOVING YOUR INNOVA

1)      Wrap leaders with plastic wrap to protect them.

2)      Remove top leader bar by removing OUTSIDE collar on right side of roller end plate. Do not loosen or move inside gear collar as that will mess up centers. (2 mm hex wrench)

3)      Remove back leader bar by removing OUTSIDE collar on right side of roller end plate. Do not loosen or move inside gear collar as that will mess up centers.

4)      Remove dead bar by removing OUTSIDE collar on right side of roller end plate.

5)      Remove sewhead by loosening head bolt (6mm hex wrench) and swiveling head. Zip-tie up Y encoder to rear handle.

6)      Remove bolts from rear X encoder (keep washers in order)

7)      Remove take up roller bar by removing OUTSIDE collar on right side of roller end plate. Do not loosen or move inside gear collar as that will mess up centers.

8)      Lift table tops out of frame.

9)      Remove ½” bolts (1/2” crescent wrench) that hold rear support straps from rear p-rail to each side leg.

10)  Remove ½” bolts that hold front square “holy tube” that attaches to each side leg.

11)  Remove ½” bolts that hold each side leg to front and rear p rail.

12)  Remove center leg if needed leaving just the p rail which will resemble a ladder.

You should now have 4 rollers wrapped, two side legs, sewhead, one frame (and possibly a center leg if its needed) to be removed. This results in only 8-9 pieces to carry out.
